Welcome to the 10th Annual NLG 5K For Autism

Benefiting Nashoba Learning Group

NLG's 5K Run for Autism is going HYBRID!

Join us in person on May 1st at Davis Elementary School in Bedford, MA, or choose your favorite route and run/walk it anytime between April 29th and May 1st virtually!

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Every registered participant will be shipped a t-shirt and the fastest runners in each age group will be shipped a medal.
Complete Your Virtual Race
Once you have signed up for a race, decide on the course you want to do, or you can do it on the treadmill. Download the Raceday app (in the app store) and submit your time under the Pulse tab. You can even get your friends and/or your kids to race with you too. 

Submit Your Results
Download Raceday app (in the app store), sign in with the same username and password as Racemenu. Click on the Pulse tab and Submit Result. We encourage participants to post on facebook, instagram or other social media pages, include #NLGRunForAutism

Prizes for the Top 3 male/female in each Age Group (in-person participants only)
Top Fundraising Team, Fastest Team, and Largest Team (both in-person and virtual participants)
T-Shirts while supplies last (will be shipped to registered participants)
