As many of you already know, I am so proud to work for the YMCA because of how caring, accepting, and dedicated we are to ALL. The work that we do, now more than ever, is so important and has made a huge difference in the lives of families and individuals who make up our Greater Boston community. To give you all an idea, since March we have distributed 2 million grab and go meals to community members, held 70 hunger prevention sites, dedicated 615,799 hours to childcare for 1,562 children, and delivered 121,370 bags of groceries to families and seniors. Between 10/10-10/18, I will be completing 4 virtual 5Ks (3.1 miles each) throughout Boston to support the YMCA's mission and cause!
