Bring the family for a fun day! You can even bring the dog (on a leash of course). There is a beach, a great park and there will be a Kids FUN RUN at 11AM. The family can hang out while you get fit and try something new!
Two Boot Camps sessions offered: Boot Camp is a great one hour outdoor workout that will include core conditioning, short distance running, muscle strengthening, and some surprises that may include circuit training or obstacle courses. This is a co-ed camp session.
Donation: $25 for one hour session or double your pleasure and go for two hours for $40!
Sessions start at 8:30AM and 9:45 AM
Fitness level
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Alexis Rougas-Ermilio is a Worcester native and Owner of Adventure Boot Camp, LLC. She is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, mat-based Pilates instructor and Heart Zones Certified Triathlon Coach. She competes in triathlons and thrives on the "highs" of fitness success. This success drives Alexis to help people, of all ages and fitness levels, overcome their individual challenges and reach their goals in a fun and safe environment.
Chi Running Clinic (Level I).
Chi Running combines the inner focus and flow of T’ai Chi with the power and energy of running to create a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain and potential damage out of the sport of running. Chi Running Level 1. Each clinic is 2 hours and will be held outside.
Donation: $55 for two hour session. Sessions start at 11:30AM and 1:45PM
Chi Running Level 1 Clinic: The Level 1 clinic will include (1) an introduction to Chi Running and it's benefits (2) how ChiRunning can help prevent injury and promote energy efficiency; (3) how to cooperate with the force of gravity and the force of the road when running; and (4) proper Chi Running form. This clinic will take place outdoors.
Fitness level
Participants in the Chi Running clinics will not be running for extended periods of time (contrary to what you might imagine) so no matter what condition you're in, have no fear. Each clinic will split time alternating between instruction and demonstration, applying the technique exercises and technique drills.
Additional Information
Boot Camp: a challenging, and fun hour that will motivate you to take your workout to the next level. The session may include muscle conditioning, some light running, obstacle courses, and some surprises.
