Camp Fire S'more Walk & Run

The S'more 5k Walk and Run is a Trail/Road Race that begins and ends at DCR Webb Park in Weymouth MA. Open to Walkers and Runners of all ages and running abilities. Children under 10 are free. Festivities after the race include free S’mores!!

Early Bird Registration: $25.00 Plus surcharge

Ends August 31st at 5:00pm

Standard Registration: $30.00 Plus surcharge

Children's Registration for 5K (11-16): $10.00

Children's Registration for 5K (10 and under): No Fees   Children 10 and under are free

 

There will be 2 Events

5K  for runners of all abilities and ages    9:00am

Walk for walkers of all abilities and ages   10:00am

 

There will be Additional Activities for Children 10 and under

Kids Races! Activities for the whole family to enjoy. New to this year, after the 5K, we will be holding     

some friendly competition for our youngest supporters. A 100 yard dash for all to enter.

Everyone will receive an award for participating.

Free S'mores are available to all participants after each race.
 

Camp Fire Eastern Massachusetts

At Camp Fire we build caring, confident youth and future leaders.
 
We are co-ed, diverse and all inclusive.

We service over 1200 youth and families by providing After School Programs, Summer Camp Programs, Vacation Week Programs, Community Family Clubs, Self Reliance Programs, Teens and Action Programs.

 

Camp Fire is thrilled to be opening, SPARKS, a program that offers high quality school aged child care. The programs offered include full day Kindergarten, wrap around care for half day Public Kindergarten, and before & after care for ages 5-12. There will be exciting activities including engineering, arts, creative writing, science, homework assistance and much more!



All proceeds gathered from participants and sponsorships will help fund programs currently on the South Shore and Greater Boston and to foster new programs in Weymouth Massachusetts.

Check in will begin at 8am and the race will begin at 9am     **FREE Bag Check**

Directions

Massachusetts Rt 3Weymouth, MA  Head east on MA-3 S toward Exit 16A  Take exit 16A to merge onto MA-18 N/Main St toward Weymouth  Turn right onto Winter St  Turn left onto Middle St  Turn left onto Commercial St  Continue onto North St  Turn right onto Green St  Continue onto Neck St Continue onto River St     Destination will be on the left.  ** FREE Parking **

Start/Finish Line -

This is a Loop Style Course The start line is located in DCR Webb Park. Located just northeast of the bathrooms and Park Maps. Runners will run south around the outside path in the park in a clockwise direction.

Runners will complete 3 laps of the park.  Water Station #1 and #2 - Located at the center of the figure eight trail section in Webb Park.
Prizes
Prizes are available for the fastest male and female in each race category.
Child Care

* Free Child Care will be available during the 5K Race  * Please email registrar@campfireEMA.org with childrens' names and ages.
